Refunds
At Sarah Key Physiotherapy Education, we strive to provide high-quality learning and up-skilling experiences through our courses. Our refund policy reflects our commitment to clarity and fairness. Please review the following details carefully:
- Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available for course admissions only if requested before the course has commenced.
- A course is considered commenced once access to course materials (such as video lectures or Moodle resources) has been provided, or if you have attended a live workshop or session.
- Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Refunds are not available after the course has commenced, regardless of the portion of the course completed.
- This policy applies to both online materials and live, in-person workshops.
- How to Request a Refund
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@sarahkey.com.au, including your name, course details, and proof of purchase.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after approval.
Exchanges
